Reservations

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and are subject to availability.

Deposit

A 25% deposit of the accommodation cost is required to confirm the booking. The deposit must be received within 7 days of the reservation confirmation.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

• More than 30 days before arrival: deposit may be transferred to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.

• deposit is non-refundable.

• Less than 30 days before arrival: the full reservation amount will be charged.

• No-show or early departure: no refund will be given.

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

Changes to Booking

Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees. One change of travel dates is permitted free of charge. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee of €30–€50 per reservation.

• Check-in: after 14:00

• Check-out: before 11:00

Diving Requirements

All divers must hold a recognized certification and present proof upon arrival. Divers may be required to complete a refresher dive if they have not dived within the past 12 months. The dive center reserves the right to limit diving activities for safety reasons.

Liability

Participation in diving activities involves inherent risks. All guests must sign a liability release form prior to diving. The resort cannot be held responsible for loss of personal belongings, travel disruptions, or circumstances beyond its control.

Environmental Responsibility

Guests are expected to respect the marine environment. Touching or collecting marine life is strictly prohibited.

Force Majeure

The resort shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government regulations, or transportation interruptions.
